 Emily Westergaard is the Major Gift Officer for Drake University and the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and serves as the College's alumni liaison. Emily works closely with alums and friends of the college that are interested in giving back to Drake. As the alumni liaison, she has the opportunity to meet many former students and learn about what they have been doing since graduation. Emily enjoys talking about Drake's unique and exceptional educational programs, including DELTA Rx. She knows that it is important for students to learn more than just course materials to be successful in their careers. Developing entrepreneurial talent -- including critical thinking skills, business writing, and innovative management practices -- early in their careers allows individuals to reach their goals and take on challenging opportunities as they present themselves. Emily joined the DELTA Rx team because she understands how important continuing education is for successful pharmacy practices, and appreciates the unique opportunities that DELTA Rx provides. |
