Dr. Lauren Pedersen is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and the Early Experiential Coordinator at Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She has served as a preceptor for multiple universities in recent years and has served in a number of leadership roles for the College, her community and professional associations. She plays a key role in the creation and implementation of the experiential curriculum for students in the first three years of the PharmD program at Drake.

As a member of the Delta Rx team, Lauren recognizes the importance of inspiring entrepreneurial leadership in students. “Our students need to understand that they have both the ability and the responsibility to drive change and innovation in the industry as they enter the community as health care providers. I believe that Delta Rx is one resource that can help students acknowledge this responsibility and will help connect their academic experience to their professional goals as they begin their careers.”
