 Denise Soltis, RPh, is the Experiential Education Director for Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In this position she sees many people and practices in pharmacy that want to advance but do not seem to have the tools for successful implementation. It is her view that students need to be able to develop new ideas and programs, to be leaders, to be innovative; educators need to be able to develop these skills in students and practitioners; and the profession of pharmacy must embrace a spirit of change and innovation if it is to survive. |
