He believes that a pharmacist should “try to empower people and make sure that they are aware of all the options - the pros and the cons, to guide individuals to make the choices that get them the best result."  In this podcast, he discusses various jobs in pharmacy, the roles and responsibilities of pharmacist and pharmacy students, and the importance of teaching young students to think innovatively to change the roots of the profession.
