This poster demonstrates the objectives, methods, results and implications of a study completed in 2007.  It's goal was to determine the time in therapeutic range for a cohort of patients on oral anticoagulation (OAC) managed by an outpatient anticoagulation clinic and determine how many patients are able to achieve at least 56 days of INR stability without requiring a dosage change.
