Entrepreneurial leadership programs are one way to help students learn to manage change and prepare for the unknown. These programs encourage students to accept the challenges and opportunities the future of pharmacy will bring.

Profile of a Pharmacy Innovator: Jennifer Hughes

Jennifer Hughes, PharmD, currently co-operates the Professional Compounding Center of Iowa. PCCI, a compounding only pharmacy, non-sterile and low risk compounds. Jennifer works closely with women on hormone balance with bioidentical hormone replacement, as well as working with adrenal, thyroid, and insulin products.
